Halfboard: Halfboard includes a rich breakfast buffet in the morning and a 4-course-menu and salad buffet in the evening. There are no refunds for meals not taken.

Wellness Area: The wellness area in our hotel includes a Finnish and herbal sauna, Roman steam bath and hot whirlpool. Take advantage of our quaint, relaxing wellness area daily from 04:00 p.m. to 07:00 p.m. year round for residents 16 years and older.

Mountainbikes: Free use of our mountainbikes.

Skibus - Kronplatz: The skibus starts in front of our hotel and will bring you to South Tyrol's Ski-Mountain No.1, the Kronplatz. You can check the timetable here.

Prices
The prices are per person a day for a minimum stay of 4 days including halfboard. All taxes included. For Short Stays below 4 days we charge a surcharge of Euro 5,00.- per person per day.

Bed & Breakfast
Bookable after agreement.

Check In - Check Out
Please remind that at the day of arrival your room will be ready after 3 p.m. On your departure day checkout time is 10:00 a.m.

Pets
Pets are welcome if they are registered with us in advance. We charge 5,00.- Euro / day. (Food not included). Please understand that your pets are not permitted in the dining room, wellness area and other public areas. Please make sure to bring your sweet’s blanket or basket.

Internet
You can use the internetpoint in our lobby free of charge.

Cancellation
A cancellation is unpleasant, for you and for us. Please reming that if you change your booking dates (late arrival or early departure), or in the case of cancellations, we charge 70% of the price for the accommodation. That's why we recommend you to book a Travel insurance for your holiday.

Parking
Parking is free and amply available for your bus or car in front of all the houses. If you want to park your car in our garage there is a fee of Euro 10,00.- per day. Please book the garage in advance.

Payment
You can settle your bill by cheque, cash and all common credit cards except American Express.
