General Terms and Conditions of the Reichegger Hotel

Cancellation

A cancellation is unpleasant for you and for us. Please understand that we charge up to 70 % ( according to italian civil code) of the total cost for late arrival, early departure or cancellation of your stay.

Please have a closer look at our cancellation details:

1. Cancellation agreement according to doc. 1382 ZGB

•  The agreement can be termiated at the latest 30 days prior to the arrival date of the guest/s by Hotel Reichegger *** with no cancellation fee due. The cancellation must be sent in writing.
•  If the guest or the person who booked the room cancels the reservation 20 days or less prior to the agreed arrival date then the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
•  Cancellation at the latest 15 days prior to the date of arrival: 40% of the agreed total price;
•  Cancellation at the latest 8 days prior to the date of arrival: 60% of the agreed total price;
•  Cancellation less than 8 days prior to the date of arrival: 70 % of the agreed total price;
•  The cancellation has to be made by means of unilateral written document and has to reach the host the latest within the above mentioned periods (20, 15, 8 days) to the agreed date of arrival of the guest.
•  If the guest or the person who booked the room does not take the room without any cancellation then the guest/the person who booked th rooms is bliged to pay 70% of the agreed total price.
•  The agreed price is the price for lodging, food and other services.
•  Should only a number of rooms be cancelled then the cancellation and possible cancellation fees apply only to the rooms cancelled and not to the number of rooms reserved in the original booking.

2. Agreement regarding an early departure of the guest
•  In the case of early departure of the guest/s, the cost of the room/s and services for the days used will be charged and a 70% fee will be charged for the remaining days of unused accommodation and unused services.

3. Deposit for confirmation
•  The deposit is not refundable even in the case of early cancellation.

Check In - Check Out

The rooms are ready on your arrival day from 15.00 p.m. On your departure day we ask you to leave the room by 10.00 a.m.

Child discount

Children who sleep in the parents room get the following discounts: 0 - 2 years: 70% - 3 - 6 years: 50% - 7 - 12 years: 25%

Deposit

For booking your room we require a deposit of € 100,00 .- / € 150,00.- per room. You're welcome to transfer the Euro 100,00.- / 150,00.- per room in our bank account. The account information will be sent with your confirmation. Please note that this deposit may be withheld in case of cancelations !

Internet

You are welcome to use our Internet Point in the lobby free of charge.

Menu changes and not consumed meals

For special or vegetarian menu, we charge € 5,00 .- per menu. Unused meals are not deducted from the price.

Parking

Parking is available in sufficient numbers in front of all our houses. The outdoor courts are free, a parking space in the garage is not included and costs € 15,00 per day. We ask for a prior reservation for a parking space in the garage.

Payment

You can pay your bill in cash, by check or all major credit cards except American Express.

Pets

Pets are allowed only after prior consultation. Please bring your sweet's blanket or basket. To all public spaces your four-legged friend is not allowed. Cost per day: 5,00 € without food.

Prices

The rates on our website are daily prices per person per day for half board for a minimum stay of 4 days. Bed and Breakfast is available by appointment. For short stays, we have a daily surcharge of € 5,00 .- per person

Sauna

Our sauna area with Roman steam bath, Finnish sauna /herbal sauna and hot whirl pool is opened daily from 16:00 to 19:00 for guests over 16 years. Please note that the sauna is a relaxing and quiet zone. We do have bathrobes in our hotel, Cost for lending a bathrobe: € 8,00 .-

Single room surcharge

For single rooms there is a surcharge of € 10,00 .- per day.

Tourist Tax

Starting from 01/01/2014 all prices shown are subject to a Tourist Tax* amounting to € 1,00.- per person (aged 14 and over) per day, payable upon departure.
* mandatory tourist tax as required by law (legge provinciale del 16/05/2012, n. 9)

Travel cancellation insurance
