Bathing Gown: Are available at our reception. Lending fee: 7,00.- Euro 

Bicycle rental: Our hotel has serveral mountainbikes. Please contact reception to rent a bike. Please don’t forget to leave the key for the bike after your tour at reception !

Cancellation charges: For belated arrivals, early departures or No-Show we allow us to charge 70% of the booked hotel stay per Person. That's why we recommend you to book a Travel insurance for your holiday.

Complaints: If something is wrong with your room, with our service or anything else please contact us on the first day of your holidays ! On the first day we can still try to change something to make you feel more comfortable.

Telephone: The telephone in your room enables you to dial directly any local, national and international call. National calls: Dial the 0 to get an outsideline and then dial the prefix and number of the person to call.
International calls: Dial the 0 to get an outsideline and then dial the prefix of the country, then the prefix of the region without the first 0 and then the number of the person which you are going to call.
Local calls: To call other rooms please just dial the room number. Costs per unit: 0,25 cent.

Tourist Map: You can get several tourist maps at our info-wall in the lobby. If you’re not satisfied we suggest you to buy one of the big tourist maps that we have in our reception. Gais – Uttenheim: 4,00.- Euro. Kronplatz – Plan de Corones - Kompass: 5,00.- Euro

Tv Programs: You can watch german, austrian and italian Tv-programs in your room.

TV-Room: At -1 in our hotel you can find 2 tv-rooms. In the big tv-room we have also a big screen for football-transmissions.
