Holiday Village Uttenheim

Your holiday-village Uttenheim ( 837 m ) is situated in the Tauferer Ahrntal , a tributary valley of the Pustertal in South Tyrol.

In our small, quaint town, two opposite landscapes are juxtaposed to each other.  On one side, there is the lovely, even valley floor, which invites you to daily walking trips or bike-tours. On the other side you can find steep mountain-sides on either side of you.

On these mountains you can find the rustic farms of South Tyrol, the "hanging courts" from Lanebach, where
it's true what they say; Even the chickens have to wear crampons.

On the right, you'll find pictures and here a detailed map of Uttenheim, our small but enchanting town which invites you to relax and rejuvenate, walk or mountain bike.

We are also the perfect "base camp" for kicking-off your exploration of the South Tyrolean landscape such as the dolomites and Zillertaler Alps.
